Mele Kalikimaka from Uke hOOt

Mele Kalikimaka, hOOters! For the avoidance of doubt, there is NO Uke hOOt tonight, it being ye night before Christmas. Time to hang up your stockings and get an early night (…or else Santa Will Not Come). In any event, The Kilderkin is closed tonight, so that is the end of the matter.

That doesn’t mean we can’t get our ukes out - I will be ‘entertaining’ the family as usual. “Oh, father” they say, their little eyes glistening like snowflakes, “do play your ukulele *again*”. And, to help jolly things along, I have the new Christmas songbook from our old chums at Ukulele Wednesdays (see link below).
