Uke hOOt — Edinburgh's weekly ukulele jam

Where to find out about Uke hOOt

1 min read

Uke hOOt meets again at The Kilderkin (Canongate, Edinburgh) tonight - you will know this already if you are a regular Hooter, or if you follow us on social media. But it might be a good time to sumarise where to find out news about this weekly event (and our occasional jaunts elsewhere).

New about our events is posted on our Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/UkeHoot?ref=hl

It’s also posted on our Twitter feed: https://twitter.com/UkeHoot

For those who haven’t signed up for Facebook and Twitter, this site is accessible to everyone who can use the internet: www.ukehoot.net.

And, if you don’t have any of these (*sighs*) you could always email us at uke.hoot@gmail.com.  Incidentally, if you want to know what songs we play and how we play them, email that address.

Finally, if you no access to the internet or any form of 21st century electronic communications (*sighs again*), then my butler will personally deliver a note of our venues and events, to your door, on a silver tray. Alternatively, Speckled Jim, our Uke hOOt homing pigeon will carry it rolled around his leg to beckon you from the ledge of your bedroom window.
